As a member of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), my clients have access to thousands of Active homes for sale.

To save time and expedite the home search process, I will custom-tailor an auto search in the MLS to help determine which homes best fit my client’s specific needs/preferences and remove those that don’t.

I will make appointments, preview homes and provide clients with inside information regarding the property, the neighborhood, zoning, utilities and nearby plans for development.

I will guide you through the negotiation process and prepare the necessary legal documents when you find the right home to buy, attend property inspections and ensure that all agreed-upon repair work is carried out.
